As Founding Principal, led the school through twelve years of aggressive growth from a regulatory cap of 100 students in 3rd – 8th grades to over 8,100 students in 3rd – 12th grades. Graduates are consistently accepted into top universities.

Chief Administrator & Principal, Spring Branch ISD (1997 to 2009) 

Developed and led district-level services for a multi-functional educational facility, including targeted programming for special education life skills, adaptive behavior, overage secondary students, and more. Over 1,300 graduates from SOC.
